Jeff is the Broker of PPM with over 25 years in the Las Vegas Real Estate market, as well as extensive work history in Organizational Management, and Information Technology. Jeff’s role is to continually ensure that Priority Property Management is using the latest technology available to the industry while providing leadership to the PPM team. In addition, Jeff’s duties include “hands-on” field work that ensures delivery of a quality product to both our Owners and Tenants.

Jeremy entered the real estate market in 2007, founding Priority Property Management with the goal of providing superior property management service to the Las Vegas Valley’s property owners. He is intimately tied to the company and its reputation, and makes it a key point to personally ensure that each of PPM’s clients receive the absolute best experience possible. Currently his duties include new business development, company marketing, maintenance oversight, property marketing, and human resources.

Michelle joined PPM’s team in June of 2008. Michelle holds a degree in Corporation Communications and a Minor in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining PPM, she operated in both the sales and loan side of the real estate market, gaining unique insight into the market and property acquisitions. Michelle is also responsible for new business development and alongside Jeremy strive for the best management experience for both our owners and our tenants. Michelle also maintains the responsibility of overseeing the the day to day operations of the office.

Lisa joined PPM’s team in August of 2010 Prior to joining PPM, she has a background with Accounting and her organization coupled with our systematic approach to accounting and finances, she makes certain that the financial systems of PPM are kept up-to-date. She is currently responsible for overseeing the distribution of funds and records to our owners, tenants, and vendors, as well as ensuring that accurate records are held for each property portfolio.
