Among the functions expected and always carried out with professionalism have been finding and screening potential tenants; collection of rent and timely tramsmittal to designated banking account; serving as a communication conduit between owner and tenant with appropriate issue resolution; and, apprising me of any changes within staff dealing directly with me.
