We specialize in single family home-including townhomes and condominiums-and continually update and revise our systems in order to continue to deliver exceptional service.
PPM began because our team recognized a need to help, coach, and educate investors and homeowners alike in the area of Property Management. From pricing a property to receive the best returns while simultaneously minimizing vacancy loss, to coordinating remodels and repairs, to processing evictions and lockouts, PPM strives to lead our owners through the easiest and most professional procedures possible to promote the greatest returns.
